How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
We are offering several methods of shipment:

Domestic:

  • USPS Priority Mail (50 US States)
  • UPS Ground (50 US States)
  • Orders that qualify for "Free shipping" will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Standard Post.

Canada

  • USPS First Class Mail International Package (for parcel below 4 pounds) and USPS Priority Mail International Package (for parcel over 4 pounds)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited

International Shipments

  • USPS First Class Mail International Package (for parcel below 4 pounds) and USPS Priority Mail International Package (for parcel over 4 pounds)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited

Please note:

International shipments: Overseas shipments can be expensive. Using USPS is the cheapest. Once your package leaves the United States, it will be handled by the post office in your country. Some foreign postal services have been known for 'losing' packages. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your international shipment(s).

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this time, your online order is packaged and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Certain made-to-order items (i.e. personalized items) require special preparation. These items require a longer processing time (3 to 5 days).

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If your order has experienced a delay that exceeds normal processing and reasonable shipment times, please contact us by email or by phone at 310 356-6177.

Do you ship to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses?
A street address is required for all deliveries. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are not providing a P.O. Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable because it is a P.O. Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses with no problem. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping within the USA. Just make sure to use the following format for filling out the address form.

You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of your location. Enter APO, DPO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state. Shipments to these addresses usually arrive quickly. If your package is being shipped to a military address within the USA, then it may be delivered in 3-8 business days. If the delivery destination is outside of the USA, the delivery time will take longer.

International order and shipping
International orders (shipped outside the United States) normally require between 2 to 10 weeks for delivery. Customs policies vary widely depending on the country. These policies may create delivery delays beyond our original estimation. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state. We advise you to check your local laws prior to ordering. You want to determine that you are not ordering products that have been banned by your country.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to destinations outside of the United States might be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. The recipient must assume full responsibility for these fees. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may be incurred on your international order shipment. If you decline to pay the taxes upon the delivery of your order, the package may be abandoned or destroyed. We regret that we cannot consider requests for refunds under these circumstances.

No orders can be labeled as 'gifts' on their customs forms. This practice is considered international mail fraud.

If your country is not on our list of shippable countries, please accept our apologies. We are working diligently to include shipping services to your country in the future.

International Post Office Box (PO Box) Addresses
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms and conditions when you place an order, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international P.O. Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.

International Shipping Costs
International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process

How can I tell if my order was successfully placed?
After you click 'Place My Order' at the final step of checkout, your order will be transmitted to us. You will be taken to an 'Order Confirmation' page that contains your order number. Once you receive this order number, you can rest assured that your order has been received successfully.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation? You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped. This email will contain your shipment tracking number and a link to your order.

How can I tell if my order was successfully placed?
After you click "Place My Order" at the final step of checkout, your order will transmitted to us and you will be brought to an Order Confirmation page that contains your Order Number. Once you receive this Order Number, you can rest assured that your order has been received successfully.

 

Return

 

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you received the wrong item(s), you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will not accept any returns after 14 days elapse from the time of delivery.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • You are responsible for paying to return the item(s). There is no additional charge when we ship your exchange items to you.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
  • Items must be in NEW, 100% resalable condition. Clothing items must have original tags still attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized printed items and custom orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If we do not have your requested exchange item in stock, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead.
  • • 15% of the price of the item(s) will be charged as a re-stocking fee for refunds. There is no charge incurred for exchanges.

Standard Return Instructions

If any of the items in your order are incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email, mail or phone for specific instructions. Please see the next section for more information regarding the return of damaged or incorrect items.

1/ You will have to fill out and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA)online. We are unable to accept a return without a completed RMA.

2/ Upon submission of the RMA, you will be issued return instructions and a Merchandise Return Summary. The RMA is valid for 14 days from the date issued.

3/ Securely pack your merchandise in the original packing material. To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that you choose a carrier that provides a delivery confirmation tracking number and/or insurance. We recommend that you insure packages for their full value. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.“No number – no package received – no refund/exchange.”

4/ Include in your package the Merchandise Return Summary.

5/ Ship the merchandise to the return address that is printed on the Merchandise Return Summary. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.

How do I return defective or incorrect item(s)?
Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package. We will send you a UPS prepaid shipping label to cover all return shipping charges. If we determine the item is not defective, incorrect or that the customer misused the merchandise, Legend Lines will charge the customer's account for the return shipping fees.

Please note:

Legend Lines reserves the right to refuse any returns that are received in condition that makes it unable to be resold. Upon approval, we offer refunds to customers via the original method of payment.
