What type of payments are accepted?
We accept payments through Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. When placing an order, provide your name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. As soon as your order is placed, your card will be charged.
How will my order be shipped, and how will it be shipped?
When you place your order, you will be able to select your shipping method. The length of time it takes for you to receive your order depends on your shipping method. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but be mindful that TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES MAY BE ADDED TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AT DELIVERY. International orders (shipped outside the United States) normally require 10-40 days for delivery.
Customs policies are unpredictable. They vary depending on the country in which you live. Each country's internal policies may create delivery delays beyond our original estimated delivery date.
We are not responsible for clearance and customs delay. If there is a delay, contact your customs office. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products that are confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state. We advise you to check your local laws before you order any product. You want to be certain that you are not ordering products that are banned from entering your country.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of import taxes, customs duties and other fees in accordance with that country's national laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery. They are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Legend Lines.
You will be responsible for any fees associated with your purchase. Legend Lines will not be held responsible for duties or import taxes associated with your international order.
Please be advised that your package may be abandoned or destroyed if you decline the payment of taxes when your order is delivered.
No orders can be labeled as 'gifts' on the customs forms. This practice is categorized as international mail fraud. Please see our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, it is our privilege to ship to the brave men and women of the armed forces around the world. Be sure to enter the correct information when placing your order. Please see our shipping and returns policy for more information.
How can I tell if my order was successfully placed?
After you click 'confirm order' at the final step of checkout, your order will be transmitted to us. The next screen you will see is the 'order confirmation' page. Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email. At that point, you can rest assured that your order has been successfully transmitted. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and a tracking number.
An item is missing from my shipment. What should I do?
If you have an account, log in and view your order history by going to the "my account" and click history. Be sure that you correctly ordered the missing item(s) and that the all item(s) in your order have been shipped. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipping company to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of 'delivered', please contact us by email or by phone at 310-356-6177 for assistance.
My order was lost or arrived damaged. What should I do?

Legend Lines is not responsible for lost or damaged products once they leave our warehouse, but we will do our best to help you. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately by email or by phone at 310-356-6177. All of our USPS and UPS shipments are insured for up to $100.00. We will ask you to take pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Save all pictures until they have been reviewed by USPS or UPS. We will send a replacement for your order immediately. If you have not received your item(s) after 4 weeks, please check your tracking number to verify the progress of your shipment.

International Shipment Guidelines
Legend Lines is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping once they leave our warehouse, but we will do our best to help you. International shipping fees do not include insurance, but optional insurance is available (up to $100.00). We encourage you to purchase insurance. This is the only protection available for international shipments. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately by email or by phone at 310-356-6177. We will ask you to take pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Save all pictures until they have been reviewed by USPS or UPS. We will send a replacement immediately. For damaged item(s), it is your responsibility to contact your local customs agency to avoid paying additional importation fees. As stated previously, we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may be incurred on your international order.
If you have not received your item(s) after 10 weeks, please check your tracking number to verify the progress of your shipment. If you think your item(s) has been lost, please contact us immediately by email or by phone at 310-356-6177. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to full replacement of the item regardless of the cause. Legend Lines shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
What happens if I place an order and you don’t have it in stock?
While we make every effort to maintain and update our stock every day, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item. If you order an item that is out of stock, you will be advised immediately and provided with an expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed at that time. If you do not wish to wait, you can cancel your order at any time by contacting us by email or by phone at 310-356-6177.
Do I need to pay sales tax on my orders?
Sales tax will be charged only on orders with a shipping address within the state of California. For these shipments, sales taxes are automatically calculated during the check-out process.
Is your site safe and secure?
Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as your credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server. We do NOT store credit card numbers for future purchases.

I ordered the wrong design, size or model. Can I exchange my item(s)?
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item that you purchased or you received the wrong item(s), you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after 14 days from the time of delivery.
Please note that the following conditions apply.
- You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) unless the return is a result of our mistake.
- Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in NEW 100% resalable condition. Clothing items must have original tags still attached.
- Certain items, such as personalized printed items, or custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If we do not have your requested exchange item in stock, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead.
- Any exchange that exceeds the cost of your original item(s) will not be honored. Since credit card numbers are not stored by Legend Lines, we do not have a payment method to charge you for the difference.
- If any of the items in your order are incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email for specific instructions. Please note that we are unable to accept any return without proper email communication.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for exchange. Items that have been subject to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exchange.
I don't know my size, how could I find out?
On each product page, below the pictures of the product, next to the "description" tab is another tab called "measurement Table. Click on the tab, and you'll see the measurement table for the selected product. Take one of your personal shirt, measure it and compare with the table. We are providing you with tables for Men Short and Long Sleeves, and Women Short Sleeves T-Shirts. View our Measurements and Quality page for more information.
How do I wash and dry my shirts?
T-shirts should be machine washed cold with like colors. Wash your t-shirt inside out to preserve its quality, color and print as well. Avoid using fabric softener and use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Use a cool iron if needed.
DO NOT iron over the designs. When ironing, place a cloth over the designs. Check out our Measurements and Quality page for more information.
