DeLorean DMC Back to the future III Reserved Parking Fridge Magnet
DeLorean DMC Back to the future III Aluminum Parking Fridge Magnet
In the Back to the Future movies, the DeLorean time machine is a time travel device made by retrofitting a DMC DeLorean vehicle with a flux capacitor. The car required 1.21 gigawatts of power and needed to travel 88 miles per hour (142 km/h) to initiate time travel.
After 70 years of storage in the Delgado Mine, the DeLorean has seen better days. The tires are gone and the car in need of serious repairs. Marty and the 1955 Doc use the information in Doc's 1885 letter to find and repair the DeLorean so Marty can return to 1985. Doc, has to repair the car with materials available at the time, a plywood box with lightbulbs/ radio tubes and three similar bulbs placed on the coils on the outer body). The DeLorean now sit high on beautiful whitewall tires and baby Moon hubcaps from the 50s. In the off-road scenes, a modified-for-off-road VW Beetle frame was used with a bolted fiberglass shell of the DeLorean.
